Yep normally pass the cars down to the grand kids when they pass their license show them how to change the oil , and put a spare oil filter in the glove box for them for the next change and a new set of tires with them expected to do at least 80k kms on them .
If they hoon around tell them I will take the wheels off the car , so far worked out good .
Guess with the electric car no need for an oil filter .
