Hello could someone please assist me with a few questions . My friend is with dodo for electricity and gas and pays 100 for electricity and 60 for gas so a combined bill of 160 per month which is automatically deducted from her account. Today they took 369 out of her bank in addition to the last three months of having 160 debited from her account . So in addition to paying 3 X 160 per month she is hit with an extra bill for 369 so in actual fact she has paid 160x3 = 480 for three months and on top of that an extra 369 which totals 849 which is way more than what we usually pay . I am considering dumping dodo and not paying the additional 369 but this could be problematic as they could put debt collectors onto us which is not worth the hassle and could make it difficult when locating another supplier . I would appreciate it if someone could have a look at the bill and tell me what's going on thanks
