Today they took 369 out of her bank in addition to the last three months of having 160 debited from her account . I am considering dumping dodo and not paying the additional 369 but this could be problematic as they could put debt collectors onto us which is not worth the hassle and could make it difficult when locating another supplier . I would appreciate it if someone could have a look at the bill and tell me what's going on thanks

It seems this regular $160 payment is part of a plan but becomes not sufficient to cover your useage during the winter months. My bills for both gas and electricity, but esp. gas, are very much higher over the winter months. Depends on where you live and how high you turn up your heating....
