    No, in 10 years a lithium based battery will have lost 10 to 20% of its new capacity, that is no reason to replace it in a stationary situation. Maybe in 30 years as it approaches 40 or 50% of its original capacity you might recycle it and install a fresh one, that would be driven by the economics at that time.
