    I'm not a tech guy so excuse me if I call something by the wrong name.

    Basically the "grid" is owned by the X-men. CDU has not had that much fun negotiating tapping into it (wonder why!). So to make a long story short CDU is going to buy 2 VERY large generators so they don't have to answer to anyone. Take a look at the AGM presentation and you might even see a picture of them. Not sure.
