Baileau is too stupid to get this project moving. Anyone who says Cattle in the High Country is number priority for Victorians is a twit. Probably sitting around quoting Banjo Paterson at party room meetings and talking about the glory days of Victorian manufacturing of shoes and lawn mowers.
