Electrification has been a major topic for all the related Australian stocks : cf share price performance for IDP Group (IPG), Southern Cross Electrical (SXE), Excelsior Capital (ECL), SKS Technologies (SKS), Genusplus (GNP) and Mayfield (MYG). Today, SXE has requested a trading halt, as it is about to announce "a major project award".
Among all these stocks, Mayfield remains my favourite one, given that it remains cheap based on its free cash flow yield. Mayfield has been a bit forgotten by the market, as it is a microcap, recently listed, with poor liquidity and was loss making in FY 22. But they had a major profit improvement since FY 23.
