    Virotec has licensed Electrobind in the US to a company called Envirovizion. The CEO of Envirovizion is Neil Bardach who was appointed as a non executive director to Virotec back in December 2003.
    It appears that Envirovizion is a new company created by Virotec.
    That's Envirovizion with a "z".
