Sydney - Wednesday - August 2: (RWE Aust Business News) -
Electrometals Technologies (ASX:EMM) will supply an EMEW electrowinning
facility to a customer in Canada for the recovery of copper metal powder
in a large-scale test of a copper heap leach at a mine site.
The total amount of the contract is $210,000, for delivery
towards the end of this year.
The company has also finalised the arrangements for an on-site
test for EMEW application in purifying zinc in zinc refineries, by
removing copper as a higher-value product.
The pilot plant is under construction and testing will take place
in September at a location in Africa.
