think your way through the logistics of this , how many computers or counting machines would you need, how many techs to hook it all up ....across the country, then the security of it , if ballot papers can be lost , thumb drives would be a nightmare, I like the idea but a way would have to be found ,pin numbers or some identifier that is secure ?????? to be able to be done over the net. the hardware and logistics otherwise would be immense
