Probably both and day traders churning small margins on the rise.
To sell 200million+ plus shares you often need to but at least 50 million in the process...sort of ease your way out with deft small parcel buys here and there.
And yes, many have got in to high and are doing damage control because the pain is too great to hold at 50%+ loss levels.
