The whole Galoc thing is funded and also the Phase I production cash on top of the cash they already have, well they have plenty of money.(plus the two liftings as mentioned above)
NDO had to have a capital raising because they needed more equity to satisfy their terms of the loan financing. Have not seen OEL having to do that at the same time.
Get a grip.
