Yes of course, a good broker will cap the stock while he tries to fil his order book.

The punters will hand over the stock to the "investors" without puching the price high.

All we have here is a good broker doing a good job of taking off the punters hands what they really dont give a toss about anyway.

However, my advice in contrast is actually to please sell, then we can move this show up to the next level.

Soon 11 cents will be in the rear view mirror and it will again look like it was cheap buying (I said that at 8 cents and I'm saying it again now).
