Well, considering 5 billion barrels of oil appears to have just disappeared, it's not surprising the market isn't taking it too well.

That was the cash cow for this well. The Jurassic secondary target is much smaller. There could still be a great result, we could still have gas in the primary and both gas and oil in the secondary, but the big money was in oil in the primary, and that dream appears to be over.

Not sure what those flat spots in the Cretaceous and Tertiary targets were. Maybe they're gas, maybe they're a figment of the geophysicist's imagination.

It is quite common for high perm gas reservoirs to have pretty weak gas shows during drilling so there is still some chance of a TCF-scale gas deposit in the Cretaceous. Have to wait and see what the wireline logs say.
