I think the Directors here in THR like the Share price been Low because that presents them with the Opportunity to Buy in AFTER the forthcoming Activities Report.
Many Companies have Rules to the effect which only permit Directors to Trade their Companies Shares in the Two or Three Weeks AFTER a Report.
Because of this, I' m expecting a Mundane Report for the March Qtr. and I'm angry because I feel the Directors could have given more information regarding Funding options, however there again this may not have suited them just yet.
