I do not see the nicksta posts as I have utilised the brilliant ignore function that Hotcopper provides. God bless the person who designed that function. It is great not seeing them.

The European banks are doing this all around the world at present. You would have to be deaf dumb and blind not to notice this. I know someone working for a very large European bank who has seen the instructions to do this.

Already a German bank screwed over BNB by (illegally) withholding a $150M deposit. And now Oz Minerals has suffered a similar fate. Look at the mayhem this has caused. Maybe those two cases are secret?

This is going to continue right through 2009. Some debt rollovers are going to prove to be very difficult for companies banking with the wrong people. I can see a lot of companies forgoing dividends to retain cash to reduce gearing, and the same will apply to BBI.
