Stumped, gr8 to hear from you and always interesting to see what youve done and where you’re going next. You are certainly more active on a trading basis than me. All I did about gold stocks was think about them and have very little exposure. After your initial success with HMC, I was wondering how you went ? Yes, the Orange Chump and his mate Muskrat are certainly stirring the pot ! I too am holding fast and waiting to top up, but not yet. It’s times like these that you want to watch the MACD and moving averages to see what the buyer sentiment is. There are not many stocks that are breaking the 100 day moving average atm ! I can only wish that I had 20% cash in my SMSF, but have heaps of divvies coming in shortly. That Hyperion Small Companies Fund reported their latest monthly report….DOWN 12% ! For the month. I am watching WTC closely because everything I read from almost every fund manager is to disregard Richards little follies and invest with a TP of anywhere near $115 up. That’s $30 a share upside…. Won’t t(row the house at it, but will probably top up at some stage. Lots of potential in the current market but only so many dollars. I too am cautious and am waiting and watching. Best PJ and yes, I will watch CCL that I thought only stood for Coca Cola !!!!

Re: HMC. Sold my entire holding at an average of $10. Entry price was $5. The SP had previously spiked up to $12 and I'm slightly kicking myself for being complacent and not hitting the sell button sooner. It was fairly obvious the SP had run hard, and valuations were getting stretched. However "sell side" discipline is still a skill in progress. At least I made a handy profit.
