ELF and Options

Unfortunately looks like the MPA will most likely be signed in october and beyond, i was going to sell B's to exercise my A's which in hind sight I should have done that late last year ! at the moment options are cactus and screwed me big time which is no ones fault but mine.

Looks like i'm forced to take the ELF on my A's but will most likely dump some B's as financially its the worst time
for me and I don't want to be stuck in a loan - that's for sure! and yes the mpa should be signed soon but if it's not i'm stuck with this loan the indians could drag this on for a year for all we know and Victoria we could wait even longer with our government to get anything done just like the aldp saga.

What happens if you can't pay off the loan in 3 years ie the SP falls or is just even by the time you look at all the costs involved in paying off the loan and interest.

What happens if you cant pay off the loan after 3 years? the company buys back the shares off you? debt collectors come after me?

PS we can all blame the company but we all had the option to sell some on the way down so i accept its my own fault!
