What happens if the price of the stock is much lower then the conversion price say 1c and a buy back of the stock does not cover the loan which is 1.5c per share for B's plus interest.
so on 4 million shares, $60 000 + interest ........ at a SP of 1c the buy back of those shares = only $40,000
