My letter is a little different to your's, in mine it says what happens if the loan remains unpaid by the 6th of August

Loan Expiry – 30th July 2020 and repayment of your ELF LoanGiven that your ELF loan matured on 30th July 2020, all monies outstanding (principal, interest and fees) are due and payable to ECT Finance.If your ELF loan was repaid prior to this date, ECT Finance will release the holding lock and PPSR charge that is held over your ECT shares and transfer them to you. If your loan remains unpaid by 6th August 2020, under the terms of the Loan & Security Deed, your loan will default and ECT Finance will take possession of your ECT shares which are acting as security against the loan.In doing so, your liability to ECTF on the outstanding loan amount is extinguished.Should you have any queries, please contact ECT Finance via e-mail - [email protected] - before 5pm on Wednesday 5th of August 2020.Sincerely, Jim BlackburnChairmanECT Finance Ltd
