    This company keeps surprising to the upside of my expectations..
    The ELF terms have become flexible !

    Funny, I was only just talking about how much a gift they were but the only catch was having to pay the loan out in full. Also raised it with AG a while back.
    Just goes to show investors who's listening these days !

    This will take the huge burden off the share price if they occasionally allow a small window outside the terms of the contract . FANTASTIC !!
