Eligibility for share purchase?

Hi everyone, first post, wanted to say thanks to all the regular contributors to CVN here. I had been looking at it for a while (and deeply regret not getting in when it was 0.07 when I first started sniffing around mid last year) and really appreciated all the info here.

Anyway, I took the plunge on Monday (lol) @ 0.175 so am feeling a bit stupid after watching for so long, but not too stupid as I'm going to be in for the long haul on this one I think. Does anyone know what the eligibility is for the share purchase offer @ 0.13? Because if i am eligible, there's a good chance I won't feel as bad about the 0.175 if I double up and end up with an effective price of 0.15-ish across two parcels.

I'm not sure if CVN have actually released the eligibility, but happy with the recent news about Buffalo and Phoenix, can see this sp drop being a very minor setback.
