I have been thinking about all your negative diatribe, where you don't see the move beyond the move.
Small retail holders will do little to raise the SP towards 80 cents or get us on to the ASX 200.
I reckon the board and AC are throwing out a sprat to catch a mackeral Sprat being the placement to Instos BEFORE PS3 and Dorado to get them interested, so that when these come up trumps and with Buffalo maturing, the Institutions will really get on board.
IMHO - Makes sense ?????
