The capital raise doc has the following line:
Record Date for eligibility to participate in SPP: Thursday 10 May 2018

Usually this means you need to have made the purchase 2 days prior to be on their records by the 10th. That's what it means for dividends, but i am not sure if that is standard terminology.

The same doc also had an item about ranking:
On an equivalent basis with existing Carnarvon shares.

This sounds like the more shares you have now the more you will be allocated compared to someone else with a smaller holding
