"Shareholders registered as Blue Energy shareholders at 5:00pm on EACH trading day from the
Initial Record Date (4th May) to the Final Record Date (18th May)...are eligible to participate in the SPP."

Usually to be eligible you need only be registered as a shareholder by the Final Record Date. Reading the above notice, it seems you need to have been recorded by 4th May and continue to be recorded till the Final Record Date. I for instance, bought on Friday May 1, therefore would not be recorded (or thus eligible) by Monday May 4 (Initial Record Date). This would mean any shares bought in May are ineligible. Seems odd. Thoughts?
