    OK - chased up the latest announcement on their website, and the wording is now:

    "Offer is open to shareholders that are recorded on Blue Energy’s share register on 4 May 2009
    (Initial Record Date) and to investors that become registered as new shareholders on or before 20 May 2009
    (Final Record Date)" That's better!
