With the price so low it seems not many holders will be wanting...

With the price so low it seems not many holders will be wanting to buy more shares.
So logically ....if large holders don't want too many new shares to be issued they will now try to keep the price low.
Alternatively if they want to max out the SPP then surely they are well able to run the price higher so people go for larger positions.
But which will it be?
All it would take would be one or two positive announcements in the next few days to have the price back to 28c and higher and ppl scrambling to buy at 20c.
