If you are an Ineligible Foreign Shareholder, you will not be eligible to receiveBoart Longyear 'Canada' CDIs under the Re-domiciliation. The Boart Longyear'Canada' CDIs to which Ineligible Foreign Shareholders would otherwise be entitledwill be transferred to the Sale Agent and sold on ASX. The net proceeds of sale(after deduction of any applicable fees, brokerage, taxes and charges) will beremitted to the Ineligible Foreign Shareholders as soon as is reasonably practicableafter the sale of all such Boart Longyear 'Canada' CDIs (and no later than 10Business Days after the settlement of such sales).3.14 Sale Facility and sale of Boart Longyear 'Canada' CDIs.

Who is entitled to participate in the Re-domiciliation?(a) Record DateIf the Scheme becomes Effective, those Boart Longyear Shareholders on the BLYShare Register as at the Record Date will become entitled to the Boart Longyear'Canada' Shares CDIs in respect of the Boart Longyear Shares they hold at thattime (except for Ineligible Foreign Shareholders who will receive cash pursuant tothe Sale Facility).For the purposes of determining which Scheme Shareholders will be eligible toreceive the Boart Longyear 'Canada' CDIs (or the net proceeds of sale under theSale Facility in the case of Ineligible Foreign Shareholders) and participate in theScheme, any dealing in Boart Longyear Shares will only be recognised ifi) in the case of dealings of the type to be effected by CHESS, the transferee isregistered in the BLY Share Register as the holder of Boart Longyear Shareson or before the Record Date; and(ii) in all other cases, registrable transmission applications or transfers inrespect of those dealings are received on or before 7.00pm (Sydney time)on the Record Date at the Registry.Subject to the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and the constitution of BoartLongyear, Boart Longyear must register the registrable transmission applications ortransfers of the kind recognised above by no later than 7.00pm (Sydney time) onthe Record Date.Boart Longyear will not accept for registration or recognise for any purpose anytransmission application or transfer in respect of Boart Longyear Shares receivedafter 7.00pm (Sydney time) on the Record Date or received prior to that time butnot in registrable form.

Be carefull with the link services I had several problems with them when i had the shares of ccl.

I had to collect my dividend only after i personally went to their office & did not leave until my check was made ready.

finally i got rid of that shares.

Same with SCG I had to prove that i am an Australian Citizen how?? no copies of passport,birth certificate  was accepted.

finally i got rid of that shares too. 

Check with the company guys are you eligible to recieve the shares if you are registered with link because you need to registered with ASX Chess please note & read carefully i have copied to you the above.
