Elimatta and Wandoan

I've been looking into the potential that New Hope are planning to progress the Elimatta development project. Is anyone else getting the impression things are finally starting to move forward ? I've noticed a significant uptick in activity in that area. (I had some work out that way.
I also have some dealing with Glencore and the Wandoan project may also be part of this regions bigger picture moving forward. Glencore are (in media reports), talks with Rio Tinto again about a merger.. however because the Hydrogen project was killed off by the Govt - and Rio is anti Coal - Plus, Glencore is underutilizing their WICET port allocation etc etc, it seems very likely they may now consider offloading Wandoan to recoup some funds and position themselves better re Rio discussions. I was skeptical because all the media says they are Thermal Coal - so i looked into this claim and Wandoan has 800m Plus Tonnes of coking coal...and Elimatta also has significant volumes as well. accordingly, its a far better message to be developing a Coking Coal project than Thermal these days. Plus, they are right next to each other and were planning on sharing wash plants etc. They both have the full suit of mining license's and approval's including land court determinations. The Wicet Port in Gladstone is at 27m Tonnes Pa but has a full capacity potential of 80m Tonnes. The Railways (Southern Missing Link) railways for just over 200 km is approved and the land holders along the corridor have been compensated, loads of synergies. And lastly, some big players missed out on the Anglo assets in the Bowen Basin that Peabody took,, so there is still some appetite - perhaps. Anyone else thinking this has potential ?
