Stasman i recieved my notice of share holders meeting today.Have not read much of it yet as i have been in the tangle of reading different laws and past cases .Brains definetly fogged in at the moment.From the little i have gleaned they realy want to stick the boot into shareholders for some reason .If you voted yes to the resolution the new notes would place a 25% intrest on the the notes if there is available cash .There is has to be some reason they want to cruel the chances of survivalfor bnb.If i was a bnb share holder i would be protesting the executive for agreeing or comming up with this however you deem there loyalty? She must be comming an expert on winding companies up and works for the otherside in doing so .?I will certainly checking where she has left a footprint before investing in anything from now on.Thanks to hot copper posters for providing sources and leads where to do so.
