When i last exchanged info with the US director he advised that they were planning to list on the Nasdaq once they secured two major sales.
Maybe this is what has lead to a halt in trading.
The Aussie CHairman resigned a few weeks back. Was this also in prepartion for a US listing? They only listed on the ASX as a short term situation whilst they were preparing the groundwork is my guess.
Lets see what Tuesday holds.
