i fly most weeks ( sadly ) and yes, qantas has gone down hill since covid. he got real opportunistic when covid came, and now, really the service has fallen away. i dont discriminate on airlines here domestically, i take the carrier that suits my schedule , so i use them all. imo , qantas used to have an edge over the others, but no more. At the end of the day , if the plane lands where & how it should , its ok by me. I am not a real hard marker , but they have fallen off their perch no doubt.
