what makes a company is indeed its people. The truth however is, when you get thousands of people in one company and compare them to thousands of people in another company, there is absolutely no difference.
Companies have no culture.
They are large legal entities that exist to go as close to breaking the law for their shareholders and stakeholders as is possible.
There can be a crap culture in the boardroom and a great culture on the shop floor.
These tossers that think they run a company's culture are wrong.
