How long have you been a shareholder? If you are a newbie, you might have fallen through the cracks. Of course, you could always call the company, and asked them to send you some.
BTW, I can also confirm I registered and received two sets of samples, one being registered, and I guess the other one for being a shareholder. That is fortuitous, as better half and also mother would both want to try them.
