Great great post bio on 2 fronts.
The stuff is great. The eye stuff had done an amazing job on the dark circles under my eyes. To be honest I haven't tried other stuff so I can't really compare it to. All I know is that it works and I'm hooked.
Secondly, you're attitude. People need to take a leaf out of your book and it's about being a proactive investor.
There is a distinct difference between those who see it as an us vs them mentality, and then there is the group who feel actively part of the company and willing to be as part of team, even in their own small way.
So it means if you have a problem it does you and the company no benefit to kick and scream. You're opinions may be totally legit, but pick up the phone, jump on the email, and help the team out. You'll be surprised how they will take note if your feedback or offer explanations.
