I'll be taking a look at EXR now SN is there.
STX wouldn't probably exist if not for SN's arrival post-Jaws.
He's a divisive figure, but management is critical for the survival, let alone success, any micro-cap O&G company. And one thing you know about SN, he'll work his ass off and leave no stone unturned trying to turn EXR around.
You could also argue that his take-no-prisoners attitude, willingness to take risks and think outside the box, and ability to "sell the sizzle" is perfectly suited for a small-cap like EXR.
