I too have been severely burned by off shore O&G drilling , lost a lot of money in Uraguay a few years ago and swore off O&G and the ASX but my goodness, this looks like something else .
Strong management, (where the CEO has more to lose than any individual investor ) and a great asset trifector, that would get a return on investment even if two of the three legs fell over.
Thats why i am putting a bit more than i should into EXR .
I am a Licenced Plumber by trade and i can tell you honestly that trading shares is an easy swap from digging ditches even at plumbers ridiculous rates.
