40% however there are conditions with the diversified loan.

1. You must hold a min 4 stocks
2. Of which 2 must be blue chip
3. To get the full LVR no stock can be more than 25% of the portfolio. Where one stock is above 25% there is a complicated algorithm that is used to calculate the LVR.

Eg 85% of my portfolio is in 2 stocks (Elk largest) and according to ANZ my effective LVR is approx 10%.
