    With Oil now scheduled to flow through our 100% Crude Pipeline on 1st May (of which we review 75% of revenue for the first million barrells) and the price of Oil at 3 year highs close to $70, it is madness that this is still below 15 cents.

    I think this announcement slipped through yesterday without anyone noticing.

    This will re-rate this week once the brokers start buying and expect at least 12 cents by early next week.
