    23mill BBL @ $25 = $575,000,000 divided by 62,000,000 shares = $9.27 per share worst case scenario JV is 50/50
    so sp = $4.63.

    Obviously this does not take into account current production,Ash Creek,Upper sands at Grieve and Montana land with massive potential.

    Also think that $25 per barrel is very conservative with the long term price of oil likely to be higher than it is currently.
