    Would have been a stronger reaction if it was a straight out acquisition without the possibility of ELK holding a mortgage over the pipeline and a joint guaranteed return plan... all a bit messy potentially compared to a straight out asset disposal with an agreed lease back arrangement. I'm rating ELK a buy after this deal however and given the SP.
