    Sydney - Monday - April 16: (RWE Aust Business News) - Elkedra
    Diamonds (ASX:EDN) has results from its ninth monthly diamond sale since
    the start-up of its Chapada diamond mine in Brazil in June 2006.
    The sale comprised a parcel of 2,924 carats representing
    production from March 7 to April 9.
    A record average price of $US532/carat was realised delivering
    total revenue of $US1.56 million.
    The largest high value stone was $7,500 of 27.35 carats.
    Elkedra shares were last traded at 42.5c.
