Given the amount of time he has spent talking with potential investors over the last 1-2 years, then add Ellendale surely he'd be fielding offers.
I rank the likelihood :
1) Placement to supportive investors
2) Sell Highland Plain (been negotiating this for a LONG time aswell.) With interest given the past option agreements.
3) Goes to market
