    They are my thoughts too @HotRods65, the government release is a little opaque. Clarity should come tomorrow or Monday from the company.

    Those familiar with GIB will know that the board will do any future fund raising on their terms.

    ..and those terms will be in the interest of all shareholders.

    Bring on 2020!
