One positive we see is that the company now has a green light to prove its conviction that the T5 channel connects from E9, so that alone is a big plus for the management and no doubt will please all existing shareholders to finally have the opportunity to prove out the management case. Thus will be interesting and perhaps telling to see where the company focuses their efforts first. .....T5 or move elsewhere?? Do you have any thoughts on that ?
It will be a key signal in our view - hopefully for GRD investors a very exciting few months ahead. We'd expect price to settle further as early speculators seem already to be leaving (rubbish again?) ,so don't be surprised, but also pretty sure to see a bounce if GRD has a well priced raise BACKED BY A PLAN to start off at T5 which would logically vindicate and underline their past messaging to the market. Very interested too if they look to an underwriter or have the continued confidence to price/place themselves - some strong numbers if the resource proves out over the next 2 years - will an small investment banker take them on? I say again - the tip is price will fall below 4c before end Feb - so its a sell for us now, and look to buy in again down the track. A view.
