ellerston transactions

Thought some may be interested in a more "user friendly" rendering of the Ellerston ann. My understanding is that because they went under 5%, they did not have to disclose their final holding. If they stay under it, nor will we ever know if they continue to keep divesting or hold at this level, even though most of it was through HSBC (I think). In fact, we will never know if they have not been shunted off in to some obscure entity(ies), as has been postulated already: (please forgive any transcription errors...)
