It looks cheap enough that they paid $US 1.5 million for a company with annual sales of $US 4.0 million ... a low P/S ratio ...
... but what's the other $ 1.5 million for ? ... they raised $ 3.0 million ...
We're getting " diluted " by these stock issues ... but on the other hand , institutions seem very happy to take a position in Ellex ...
... I reckon we can have a Merry Christmas , and look forward with optimism into the New Year ...
