Those other companies were throwing sh*t at the wall to see if it would stick, and spruiking for govt cash. In the meantime, they put their PR teams into override to either drive up SP and/or secure a fast govt contract ASAP. If it doesn't work, meh, they still get rich. If it does work, zowie, they get even richer.
MSB knows Rem-L works, and they are going for an actual approval. So they don't need to spruik, they just need to show results and the rest will come. This is their moment. They are moving ahead with quiet confidence.
