sorry hit the wrong button ! the extraordinary thing is that all the stars seem to be aligning with respect to covid 19 and yet everyone is as nervous as hell because of the fda's extraordinary moves . all the runners and riders have so far been kicked into the rough and yet we know from all the mini trials in China, Spain, Mount Sinai and of course gvhd is that the response rate is of the order of 75 to 80 percent . on top of that the the number of people in icus is growing exponentially meaning that a cure is a desperate desire and the blast has it . I have got to believe that the fda are going to have a massive dilemma come the next readout given they allowed the others for an eap and yet stem cells are probably showing a much better response and yet they have all sorts of questions about the cells but they are clearly saving lives . hopefully practicality rather than scientific purity prevails , because so far that is what the fda has done in covid 19 but the full trial has proven that the drug or therapy is ineffective . the point is we know ours is effective . fingers er crossed !
