not sure what you mean but its just showing that its technically oversold relative to its recent average price, strength,etc as shown by the indicator divergence,
there would be many diferent indicators diverging there as well take your pick what you want to meausere it against, relative strength,or stochastic which is the recent closing price trend.
forgot to mention before but it impulsed out of there with a 5 wave on the 1st pattern, and is doing it again
